Upon request, the Surf Brigade Foundation's Board of Directors will provide individuals with a copy of the corporation's current year Form 990, Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, and any other documents related to the foundation's tax-exempt status and governance. These documents will be made available within five (5) business days of the request.
